Today I have walked for half an hour on the treadmill. It was easier while watching Gilmore Girls on TV. Highly commendable Fleurette !

And yes I agree with Keith answering your question Hercules
for all or at least most carbohydrate food stuff converts to sugar in the digestive process
and therefore creates more sugar in ones diet.. not good for someone aiming to lose weight.

Clocked in at 100Kgs last night. Whoop Whoop.
So I ended up losing 5kgs or 10 pounds over the vacation.
That exceeded my stretch goals. A bunch of weight came off at the end. But it was slow to start the weight loss process.

I need to get to 94 kgs to come out of the Obese category. So have a bunch more weight to lost. I still can't fit into most of my old work shirts.

I joined a gym. Getting addicted already to taking classes and doing my own weight program.
I don't want to lose any weight, I just want to desperately gain some muscle mass back.
I am doing a 3 day split for the weights. Day 1= Shoulders chest triceps, Day 2= back and biceps Day 3= legs. I do classes everyday for my cardio. Treadmills and such a so boring. Right now I am currently doing Zumba classes. It's is dancing with more of a cardio impact. It's so much fun.
Work, sleep, eat, play guitar and now the gym. I am so busy but I am having so much fun.

Sunday is my official weigh in day. I was 99kgs before my evening meal and 100kgs after it.
I havn’t decided yet as to whether I should weigh myself before or afterwards. Most people say before so I may switch to that. The only problem is that I could be quite dehydrated. Especially if I have worked out that day.

The good news of weighing 100kgs is two fold 1) I Am now light enough to use my treadmill. The maximum weight you can be is 100kgs 2) I was able to just fit some pants today for work. I still can’t fit my black pair. But another 3-4 weeks and I should be able to.

I haven't gained any more weight but I haven't lost any either. I've taken a personal vow to lose 2" around my waist by March 4. Each day I dangle my legs over the edge of my bed and peer down at this untoward blob girding my loins. It will be gone in one month.

Touch under 100kgs last night. Hopefully 99kgs next week if I keep working out.
On Dec 15th I was a 47 inch waist. Now down to 45.5 inches.

100kgs still. Looking back at this thread, I have been 100kgs since January 22 the end of my holiday.
Need to find a way to lose weight while at work.
At present I am walking half an hour every day at lunch during the week and working out heavily on Saturday.
I want to get to 98kgs as my next milestone. Over the past ten years I was often 98kgs so it will be a return to a common weight for me. Two kgs to lose.
