Today is Sunday so I didn't exercise at all. I had fried chicken for lunch and sushi for dinner. Tomorrow I will start my week long time of exercising for half an hour a day.

for all exercise is fundamental to a healthy regime
and by definition the possibility of a longer life span.

I've managed to lose 4.4 pounds this month...around two kilos. I noted my weight every day and stayed aware of my intent. This happened without exercise. I expect the trend to accelerate when the weather breaks...it's freezing and snowing today. I'm feeling better and choking less when I hitch my belt on my 34" waistband restraining the bulge.

I commence my 12 session schooling on strength and balance next Tuesday...
prescribed by falls clinic doctor I was in consultation with recently..
I shall keep you informed as my progress or lack of same in due course.

Three pounds in a month equates to thirty six pound in a year
should you keep up what you did to lose three pounds
that something like two and a half stone... over an annum.

I have for over a year maintained my weight at 70 kilos. or if you prefer 156 pounds.. give or take one pound either way from time to time.
As a result I am now for the time being at least in remission re my diabetic status.
And for that I am ever so grateful!
