Post in this thread any time you get some exercise in. Even if just 15 minutes worth.
I have decided that despite evidence of my waistline to the contrary that every little bit of exercising helps.
All of it - every walk you took throughout the year all of it gets taken into account as to what you weigh at the end of the year.
Today I worked out for 15 minutes with the weights.
I am not expecting I will work out again before next weekend.

I walked for one hour this morning. It was in the sun and I got sunburned. But I want to try some exercising at home, like Yoga or boxerfit. Will have to spend some time trying you tube videos for instruction. Carribean workout has some good exercises but I am so fat and over weight it is hard to get aerobics in the picture.

Hi, fleurette
It is summer and I alway swim on weekend. I reckon it is my favourite exercise to swim for a while every weekend.
Fleurette, I hope God can help you to reduce your sufferings.

I very badly burned my right hand and arm 5 weeks ago. Being Spring and the greatest demands on my time...it truly sucks. It will be 5 more weeks before I can use them...nominally. I'm out of shape and disabled...frustration reigns. I feel the familiar stirring of anger within my soul...at myself or at fate...no matter. Anger always retrieves my spirit from depression. There is one good thing going on...my left arm and hand are now finally catching up to it's more active counterpart.

Hi, Keith
I am sorry to hear of the burning of your right hand and arm. I hope you can recover soon and back to normal. My wife agree that she could give birth another baby for me this September or October. Because I have not stop taking my pills yet, I am afraid that me should postpone the plan to next year. Now, I have some symptoms lefe and I am sure I can heal in the future.

Ask for it's help like you'd ask a friend. Direct the request inward, quietly, and often.

Anything to do with physical exercise I applaud!
Had I had such enthusiasm earlier in life... it is quite feasible I would not have ischaemic heart disease.. compounded now by diabetes.

I thought you avoided the diabetes by changing your diet? Today I walked for one hour

My opinion is that we should not eat too much every meal. We can just get 70 or 80 percent full and it is ok.

Yes you are right Hercules , in that I was pre diabetic for two years then I took my eye of the ball weight and exercise wise and then it came to me... in February this year.
However because of my cutting down on carbs. replacing same with more protein reducing my weight as a result.. going down from over 81 to 69kilos over time.
Has meant I now have my diabetes under control without resorting to medication for same.
Therefore it is very much manageable as I speak!
