Not even trying but I guess it's due to my busy schedule... I somehow lost 10 pounds since February. That will certainly make my surgeon happy.

Yes and now had to get my upper teeth pulled and getting a top plate. I lost another few pounds. Hoping to lose more.

I have a diabetic review at my GP surgery this Friday
at which a weigh in is apart of same.
Six month ago I weighed 74 kilos which was a good result
but I was informed that be 70 kilos are lower would be
more satisfactory, relating to less complication from
a blood glucose point of view,
Having just weighed myself I am only down a further kilo.
Although progress not what my GP r I would want.
Hopefully after a further review in six month I will do better
but I am not holding my breath re such an ideal.
I like my food too much! lol
