I trust that be the case.. for it will boost your morale; in not only going further, in respect of your ultimate goal... of weight reduction, it will also, more than likely add years to your life span.
For it is well documented, medically speaking.. that obesity affects the normal functioning of all our vital organs needed to enhance a longer life expectancy.

I think the personal trainer short changed me on the scales. I get 117kgs on the home scales. Which means I lost 6ks in 3 weeks. That is 13 pounds. I lost 25 cms all over my body (thighs, chest, arms) but only 1cm from my waist. Rats because it is huge. I will measure my waist right now and then check is every week. It is 51 inches. 51 inches 20 months ago. 46 inches today

Good morning everyone. So good to see you all making progress and here I am not focused on diet enough at the moment. You inspire me. I am going to focus starting today. My general plan which I can stick to is: 1. 80 oz h20 per day minimum 2. Low carb - particularly no breads/ wheat. Minimal dairy. No added sugar. 3. Work out 4 times per week to include : walking. Step aerobics. Weights and yoga. My gym is still closed and it does affect me but not enough to make excuse. 4. Aim for 1400 kcal per day or less. But I flexible sometimes if I eat strictly. 5. Protein at least 80 grams per day. Usually high quality. 6. No starchy veggies. Lots of greens. Good luck everyone. Covid makes us unhealthy I think

Thanks for that David. Fasting is a vital part of dieting as it teaches your body to go without food and hence not need as many snacks on the non fasting days.
I just went to MT and I read the old weight loss thread there. I weighed about 98kgs in Jan 2016 with a waist of 44inches.
Will weigh in tomorrow and report in.
