You are not going up again and that should prove heartening. Plus the fact you are no longer classified obese unless you go over the figure 30.
So keep on keeping on Hercules!

This about weight but quite the opposite. I was so sick with something for almost two weeks. Even before this hit me I was not feeling myself. I lost 15 pounds in very short order. A couple of weeks. It’s bloody ridiculous I can’t even consume what I need calorie wise because I get full very quickly. I have gone for a lot of tests so far. I have to go to see and endocrinologist shortly. Hopefully he can help me figure this out. I eat healthy and when you do that you can eat more food but I can’t take advantage of this.

Well, I also need to lose weight, especially now that I am wheelchair dependent, and am I am preparing to start doing that very soon, March 1st at the very latest. I have ordered a new digital scale, and then will weigh and take measurements to have a baseline.
Because 2 meals a day are provided here, I can’t do a lot with my diet other than making the best choices for my lunch or dinner. Right now because of the pandemic, we don’t get a choice for breakfast, everybody gets the same thing. It always has fresh fruit and scramble faux eggs. With those, they include: sausage links and French toast on Monday; oatmeal and bacon on Tuesday; pancake and sausage links on Wednesday; bacon and potatoes on Thursday; cereal, milk, yogurt, muffin on Friday, and so on. Not exactly diet fare. Dinners I can make choices between 2 meals, or order off the alternative menu. Again, not diet fare but at least there are some healthier choices to pick. I just need to pick better, and see if they can leave the sauces and gravies off.
My best plan for losing weight would be to increase my activity. Plus it is in my best interest to lose weight because when I do stand, I am putting all my weight on the one leg, with a knee that is 12 years old. So if I can take some physical stress off, it should definitely help. Besides, I need to continue my PT exercises to get as mobile as possible.

Like most folk here, with the exception of you Dee I am prone to putting weight on as to opposed to taking it off.
And even more so, because of less activity getting out and about since the lock down.
I trust we all get back to a more sensible diet and exercise regime.. once it is over, if that be at all possible!

That resonated with me, in that was a realistic goal to achieve.
Eight weeks later 8 weeks, I managed nine pounds on weigh in.
It is early days but I did reach her and my goal.
That being so. I intend to follow further such a guideline.

Guys I just found out that I have a fairly serious health issues that I didn’t know about. I have an inflamed liver and pancreas. I have had a barrage of tests so far and still have 1 more with an endocrinologist. It’s trying to get in while this Pandemic is going on. The pain is just horrible. It just makes you fold to your knees. I am always but always holding my stomach. It just feels better. I am having a really hard time eating enough calories to sustain my old weight hence the rapid weight loss in two weeks.
I just went vegan except for yogurt in my diet which officially makes me a flexiterian vegan, I am adding 1 dairy product to my diet. I need the protein and calcium it provides but all other dairy is taboo. The only thing I really miss is 18% cream in my coffee. I had asked my doctor about going vegan and he said to try it. Been doing this since February 15. It’s really not hard to do it’s just the prep work of the food. I can control exactly what I am eating. Giving up chocolate I thought was going to be difficult but it’s not. Besides there’s Vegan chocolate but it comes with a hefty price tag. Going to try making my own.
