Although I am 43 years old, I visit my parents almost every day and talk about our daily life.

Have put on 5kg David. I went on two business trips and to eat whatever I could.
Now at 111kgs. Need to get back down to 106kgs again.
This weekend I had 3 beers with a friend ice cream/pine apple lumps/doritos while watching the world cup a cheese scone today
On the plus side - I did a little bit of exercise today.
Per my blog I want to come down to 85kgs from my current 111kgs.
The only second looks I get are from overweight lasses.

What can I say.. other than you must try harder Hercules for your health sake...
If you don't want to be a candidate for a heart disease, diabetes etcetera .
The thing is you are getting away with the medical problems I mention above because you are still relatively young.
But for how much longer? If you carry on disrespecting your body in the way you have for some time now re over indulging calorie wise.
Never mind, getting back to 106 kilos... set your goal to say 90kgs... obviously in incremental stages.
Just my sharing my thoughts as ever as to my concern about your current weight and how it could be instrumental, in causing you much harm in the future. if you do not take action now.

Thanks for the pep talk david
I find if I can avoid an afternoon tea around 3pm that I tend to do well calorie wise for that day.
A lot of also comes down to sleep. If you don’t sleep well then your appetite goes up.

Have any of you gained anything during this Pandemic? I am trying to keep as active as possible and just maintain a regular clean diet. I still snack but within reason.

If I have read what you say correctly Hercules, your waist is the same but you have lost a further two kilos. Therefore you are heading in the right direction.
I on the other hand have gained seven and a half kilos since the various forms of lock down we have had.. Not a good sign, on the other hand I've avoided Covid 19 as a result of quarantining myself. Swings and roundabouts I contend. By that I mean I'd rather be over weight, as a result of rarely going out, than possibly be fighting for my life due to contracting the virus.
