As time passing by, my parents get older and older and I couldn't tell them about my fillings or my happiness and bitterness. Because they couldn't help me anymore. My wife and I talk with each other only a few things every day. My son is too young to help me and he is busy with his school task.

My father is 74 years old and my mother is 73 years old.
I think that in ten years they would pass away and I have to retire from my job.
I hope I would be OK after my retirement.

My wife could not give birth to another son for me, for she is too old and the pregnancy would be dangerous.

I stopped taking my medications to have my son and I couldn't risk the recollapse to get another baby.

Hi Walter, I believe in a heavenly Father and hold on to my faith despite my illness. Sure time is passing by but why he took my mom away with lung cancer is still a mystery to me. We don't have to understand all the questions we have to ask God. We just believe by faith. I struggle to be a good christian too, I think it's just human to be selfish and prideful that why he gave up his life to take away our sins. I am sorry you are feeling insecure with your retirement years and sad that you do not have another child. I am also on medication and maybe for the rest of my life. Don't know about the future but God will take care of us, the ill and the handicapped do not get despised by God even if other humans do.
I heard in China you cannot download a free copy of the bible on your phone. And over here we take it for granted that we get to study his words. He is real and he is all powerful, all knowing and in control. Thanks for your honesty in sharing about your parents and that time is ticking by.

Thank you for reading my posts and your kind words. And I am sorry to hear that your mom passed away.
I do have some Bible the holy books. Also, I bought some books about Bible stories.
I don't know whether one can download e-book of the Bible or not.

Hi Walter,
It's ok you have to take medication the rest of your life. Think of it as any other health problem. Enjoy the child you do have. It's ok ft hat you can't have more.
There is a god the key is faith. Faith that no matter what we go through and to believe that he's going to make everything alright. Everything happens for a reason.
You have already been blessed with your wife, your child, your job, your home etc... Faith gives more blessings.
Say your going through a bad situation and seems there's no way out. Prayer and faith as in God I'm going through this but I know your going to get me through this and I'm going to be blessed.
My favorite saying is...God I don't know where your taking me with this but I know your going to make sure everything is going to be ok and I'm trusting you. That is faith
