How does exercising effect your mental health? Do you sleep better when you exercise? What do you notice are the benefits of exercise to your mental health?
I have been in a vicious cycle of not exercising for two and a half weeks and my mental health is poor. It started with not being able to go due to sickness and now it's a vicious cycle of sickness and not being able to go to the gym.
I have been having a lot of attacks and my MRI results will be shown to me at the end of this month to see what is happening in my brain from the MS standpoint.

Hi Paul and David,
Thanks for replying. RE: Paul, I do not have a lot of sugar but have some in my coffee and in chocolates. I should cut down more.
Thanks for the reminder to eat less sugars.

fleurette
I reckon that exercises are helpful to our physical and mental health. Almost every day, I would take a walk after lunch.

I go to aquarobics 3 times a week and the ladies go to the movies and out to lunch once a month so it is good fo my body and my mental health. Last week pdoc said to walk the dog daily and I have found that really does make my day better although some mornings are too hot for his little feet and I wont walk in the dark.
