In China, the nuts are divided into two categaries. one is art nuts(文疯子） and the other is action nuts（武疯子）.
Art nuts are those who would creat some articles or dance crazily or play drama everywhere. In general, this type of nuts are harmless.
Action nuts are those who would take a knife or a gun and could be killers. This type of nuts are dangerous.

Walter, are the art people nuts, or just very passionate about their art? Is this not okay in China?
Do you have Museums in China showing Modern Art, and art in different mediums (paper, painting, stone, etc...)?

In China, we do have some art Museums showing Modern Art about Chinese painting and western painting or music or sculpture.
I dont think the art people are nuts. but sometimes the mental ill do like art creation.

This is a subject Walter, I have been reluctant to reply to until now
for I wasn't sure how to respond.
I have had second thought for I think but still not sure, by nuts you
mean those of us who have extreme views on certain subjects and in some
circumstances the collection of same.
If that be the case, I think that be normal for some and abnormal for the others.
And why not, for we all have crazes in our individual make up.
Just my opinion of course!

My opinion about the topic is that not all the mentally ill are dangerous. Many of the mentally ill are very kind and many of them are not aggressive.
