My week was fine, except that I could've/should've gotten more done. I blew off a couple things that I really wanted to do.
It is Saturday here, 1:50am technically, though mentally, it is just very late Friday night. Came down around 10pm to feed a neighbors cat, and got caught up talking to a couple people at the front desk. Then, I got the mail, and then came in here (the Billiards Room) to use the computer, because I still need to get a charging cord for my laptop. Now, contemplating going back up to my apartment to read.

I got Chinese food including Wonton soup
Life must be hard without a laptop in the house
Another rugby league test has started and then at 10pm is the rugby World Cup final with England vs South Africa
I remember in quite a few threads on mt having fun with you playing would you rather? And putting down funny choices haha
Am a fan of your humour
As a blast from the past here is one
Would you rather marry a rich good looking man who is perfect

Hope it was good. You’re right, life is hard without a working computer in my apartment. It shouldn’t be too much longer before I can get a new cord. Typing on my smallish phone is slow and tedious. I only use one hand... Would I Rather was a lot of fun to play, and I also loved that Picture Association game. A good sense of humor made both of those games fun and interesting! So, would I rather marry Mr. good looking, rich, and perfect, or Mr. middle income dude with strengths and weaknesses? I feel like life would be more real with Mr. middle of the road. Although we would probably have to work a bit harder to have everything we want, we would perhaps love each other more and more easily because we would have more realistic ideals and values. I would imagine that Mr. perfect, good looking and rich, would expect things to be easier, and would have some false and unrealistic ideals and values. On my part, I would likely feel more self-conscious and stressed being with someone so handsome and perfect. Leading to depressed feelings and poor self-esteem. The money would be nice, but if I ever marry, I want to be in love with someone who will work with me in our relationship through thick and thin, as equals. How about you, Hercules? |

A very honest answer
There was a movie like this
He got a date with a rich girl who was a ten out of ten and had a perfect personality
She was witty down to earth funny generous and realistic
He didn’t think he deserved her though and kept self sabotaging the relationship
Finally they talked and laid their cards on the table
She said the only people daring enough to ask her out were rich conceited jerks. And she just wanted a nice sincere guy.
My ex wife was perfect in every way
Even her weaknesses fell into areas that were my strengths so I could compensate for so I found even those endearing
So with that said I guess I would go for the perfect person
Sometimes I eye up the lady Vice Presidents at work and wonder what it would be like to date someone that smart and intelligent.
I nearly flirted with my VP today
She had some pretty dress on and nearly complimented her
The only thing that stopped me is that I could see her hitting on me back and she is too tall for me. I only like shorter ladies
So that is who I would prefer
But I would if not given a choice date the strengths and weaknesses chick happily as when you care about someone their faults don’t seem to matter
