What I read from the article above is that
if we change our thoughts we can change our lives.
easier said than done but not impossible.
For it is my belief, it's our thoughts that determine
the quality of our lives... Nothing in my opinion influences more.

PS., Lets face it our behaviour is settled by what we think at any given time as is our choices; as to when and why we communicate with others and the content of same, which reveals to those we in contact with, (albeit in part), our current state of mind.

You might equate the situation with that of long and, short term, memory. Our life experience and our recollection of it is the foundation for our personality. The events of the past and their effect on our development create our persona. The daily confrontation with what we are learning and what we thought we knew can generate an instantaneous change in disposition...and the image we present.
