The most stressful part of my life is my mom's battle with cancer and my daily attacks. Other than that I do not have any other stressors.
How about you?

Hi Fleurette
What ever I am currently stressed about is less important to what you are having to deal with re your Moms cancer battle above all else.
For as you have clearly pointed out...
"My mom has lung cancer and it is in stage 4. It has spread to her lymph nodes, brain and eighth rib."
As I have shared elsewhere my thoughts and prayers are with you as a family at this exceeding difficult time for you all to come to terms with, D. x

Relating to our Mothers
they as far as I'm concerned are the most intimate person we will have ever come in to contact with during our whole life experience.
For no where else will we have spent a gestation period of 38 weeks within their womb prior to experiencing the world outside.
Hence the reason I have said what I have thus far... when it appears we are about to lose such a most significant other in our lives.
In saying that it is important in recognition of their memory that we continue to go on living as they would expect us too in the knowledge that the sacrifices they done for us to survive were well made... to last us our life time also.
As Her parents wished for her!

Hi David,
Thanks for asking how I am doing. I was crying today because my friend was scolding me for relying too much on my mom. She doesn't think that I am independent enough and that I have got to change. There are so many things that I am afraid of and cannot handle on my own.
Hi Walter,
Thanks for your prayers. How have you been? Recently?
Thanks for reading this.

Hi Fleurette
Believe me when I say that often what we think is more imagination when it comes to coping.
Trust in yourself and you will get by... and when you realise it does work it will set you free on of such previous dependency... and make you wonder why you did not do it earlier.

PS.,What I am getting at is... the instinct for survival kicks in when a safety net is withdrawn.
By that I mean... We learn to cope much more quickly than we ever thought possible. when cocooned by another... no matter how close they were to us during their lifetime.
I say that for what we learned from them never leaves us what is more their memory continues to be with us throughout our life time.
That is something I find most comforting whenever I feel alone... from such protection.
