My favorite part of nature are sunsets. They are just beautiful especially the ones that are pinky orange.
What is your favorite part of nature?

Evolution through natural selection is the most impressive aspect of a dynamic Nature struggling for perfection and coherence.
His (Darwin's) theory was based on natural competition. We either adapt or perish according to our abilities. This situation no longer holds sway. We have now assumed control of the process from nature. We decide who survives according to geopolitical dictates. Genetic engineering is nature's ultimate tool and it's being held by human hands. Whether or not we'll survive our destructive instincts long enough to produce perfection is problematic.

Well Paul, you make the case for David's suggestion that you and I be segregated from the general population. I find nothing apocalyptic in my post. I was simply defining my terms. We've been perched between Armageddon and Utopia since 1945...that's no big shock to anyone. Life (Nature) is full of pros and cons regarding our preferences, to deny that in favor of ignorant bliss is foolish...and boring. I notice you addressed the topic by referring to being mauled by a snarling bobcat. If that's your favorite part of nature in reacting to the innocent post...good luck.

And just to make clear I wasn't getting at you Keith
And I am certainly not getting at what Keith posts,
and every one else for that matter, other than Paul..
for his blatant disrespect when it comes to the sensitivity
of others... in order to sensationalise stuff mainly a none factual content.
As said here... several days before you wrote what to did above purporting I was against you both in equal measures... how wrong you were on this occasion.

And if you as Paul said to me on more than one occasion to feck off.. would you not wish to compartmentalise his more outrageous postings .
Actually it has just come to me that you did for several weeks put him on ignore... Did you not?

It was Herc's response to your suggestion that made it appear that Paul and I would be the controversial trolls.

Keith and Paul How would you feel if I created a seperate sub forum for controversial topics? David I may send you a private message to ask some clarification questions?
In any event, there aren't enough of us to isolate from each other. We'll just have to live with the present status.

Evidence based vindication is all I was seeking; now that I have that, I'm less apprehensive as whether to continue here or not... as a voice of moderation in most of what I post here. And yes we need collective responsibility if we are move forward, in what should be our main objective, by that I mean saving what we have here!

But that doesn't mean anyone of us should be subjected to hate speech from whatever quarter it is delivered.. that goes against the grain of what we stand for here...
Does it not?

I am also pleased you did not dispute you putting Paul on ignore when he got to much for you... as he has for me in more recent times.
Therefore I'm not alone in taking such a stance.
So we are even on that score, when it comes to our behaviour towards him counteracting his behaviour towards us and others... from time to time.

I get your drift David. Paul is a conspiracist...they're not the most reliably accurate people. I did block him but he reincarnated with a new name and guess what?...no more block. Who cares? I'm alternately bored and terrified by life. When I'm bored, I like contemplating Paul's weird scenarios. When I'm terrified, I stay in my dark pit below my brain pan. No worries mate.
And yes, Fleurette...on a purely sensual level, I love waterfalls. I stare into them like I stare hypnotized into the coals of a wood fire. This is Angel Falls in Venezuela:

Hi Keith,
Yes, I find waterfalls most majestic. The power and beauty is mesmorizing. Thanks for replying to my thread. Sorry for the spelling mistake.
