And does it work for your tension and anxiety? I am thinking of trying this technique for my attacks, and wondering if anyone has experience using this technique.

I maintain that any form of physical exercise leading to relaxing our body from every day tensions has a worthwhile input on our mental health Fleurette
especially if you believe as I do in a holistic approach to total well being... in mind and body in a comprehensive way.

Sometimes, when I'm having difficulty getting to sleep, I consciously relax my muscles in an organic sequence beginning with extremities and working inward. Oft times, I'm asleep before completing the process.

Yes it was all they were doing in the 80s and I was too tense for it too work. I find lying in the sun the most relaxing thing I can do. But that is just me. Worth a try though Fleurette, we are all different.

PS., the way I look at it feeling the warm from same
is akin taking a warm bath or shower most beneficial
for aches, pains and an overall relaxation for both mind and body... methinks!
