Hi Hercules.
I remember we were supposed to take two months from Feb. 19th to read this book. Are we still on? Have you ordered the book? Let me know when you get the book in your home and we can start our two month time frame from then on.
I would like to finish East of Eden before picking up this book so two month should be a good time frame to have it read.
What are you reading in between book club selections? Any thing good to recommend?

Yes we are still on. I got a package from amazon last night that I presume is the last two books in the trilogy.
Feb 19th sounds ok to me
Are you ok if I start a bit earlier this weekend as I have no outings planned at this stage.

Hi Hercules,
I downloaded the book to my computer already from the library and hopefully can get it to my e-reader today. Then I will start reading the book today. Two months from Feb. 19th will be April 19th. That is the date we should have finished the book. I hope to enjoy this book because it will be a de-stresser to my mom's illness at this time.
How many pages have you already finished? Enjoying it so far?

I have finished 14% of the book. It takes a while for me to get into the story line but hopefully I can finish it before it is due back at the library.

How far along in the book have you gotten? I have returned the book to the library and only got 16% done. Are you enjoying the read so far? I will pick it up again soon, especially if I know I am behind your schedule by a lot.

Take your time, Hercules. I am currently 40% done with the book. It got better when I started to know the characters better. I wasn't enjoying myself for the beginning parts of the book.

I have made a decision that I won’t play on my phone on the train ride home anymore and that I will read instead. I can probably get through about 12 pages per day.
So with your permission fluerette I will finish the book around the end of may at that pace.
