In the middle of the very early morning, MTv broadcast a concert featuring David Gilmour and many others at the Royal Albert Hall in London. From what I can find on the Internet, this must have been one of the concerts from May, 2006.
Also on stage at various times, David Crosby and Graham Nash, and then the closing number was "Comfortably Numb" with David Bowie, before he got so ill.
I wonder if anyone here has seen this performance. It was so stunning I could not make myself turn it off and go back to bed, even though it was 2 or 3 am. "Comfortably Numb" brought tears to my eyes. It has always been my favorite PF song, but this rendition of it was particularly poignant.

I play Pink Floyd's Comfortably numb. I love playing that song. I will never ever being able to play it like David. He is an amazing virtuoso.
I don't listen to a lot of PF because I find it very depressing. I like more upbeat songs.
