There is a woman at work who I would like to ask out, two things are holding me back 1) She has never shown the slightest bit of interest in me, she has never looked at me for longer than necessary, or asked me how my day was, or laughed unneccessarily at one of my jokes. She just attends meetings that I organise.
2) Dating at work when you have to disclose your mental health condition is fraught with difficulties.
I am thinking of giving it a miss unless I just end up talking to her one day and it happens naturally (ie it just pops out of my mouth).

I say go for it. Maybe try starting a conversation with her first to see how she reacts to you. As they say tread the waters and then ask her out if it seems like she's responding.

And I particularly liked Sue's wise response to same.
