In Chinese culture, families are the cells of a country(nation).
If the cells are all healthy, the whole country is healthy.
Mainly, it is true. If the main families are harmony, the whole country is harmony.

Also, managing a country is like managing a company in some ways.

Very true Walter. When I was growing up the family system was very tight. Over to grandmas home every weekend. Holidays we would make stops to each families homes. Moms did not have to work back then and stayed home with her children. Somehow over the years the family system has broken. Not all families but a whole lot of families. You’re lucky if your children even answer a phone or a text. I don’t know if people ate just busy or if people have just lost respect over here. I am grateful that I grew up in the times that I did. They were good years. It’s a shame children do not experience this now. As I said some still do but not very many.
