I'm hoping so David. Our numbers are jumping up again here in the US. People are so Bad here. A lot have beliefs in conspiracy theories about the vaccine and won't get them and then we still have people who are making bad decisions and not wearing masks or following protocols. The way I see it is if my country does not get a handle on it that this thing will not go away. The international travels will just keep spreading it. Some countries won't let us travel to them but the countries that do, well let's just say that there are also people from other countries in those countries who could take it back home. It is very frustrating to see my fellow Americans not cooperating to try to put an end to this horrible situation.
The vaccines are here but the people are hard headed. I'll tell you I had concerns for the safety of it all, being there was only limited studies but besides my personal reasons to go forward, I want to be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem. I just wish others would think the same. People are selfish David and they just don't care.

Our numbers are starting to really get out of hand. So many idiots not wearing masks because they are tired of this Pandemic and don’t care anymore. So now where I live in Ontario Canada the police were given the authority to stop any vehicle anywhere and ask what the purpose of you in your vehicle is and your address. If you don’t have a valid reason the fine is $750 CDN. If your not wearing a mandatory mask there is also another fine. They are really cracking right down. I can finally deal with this lockdown now because the garden is starting to come alive. The gazebo in the backyard is opening up. It’s getting nice out. I go for walks with my dogs. Fresh air and exercise is really good to help reset your mental state. I am started to feel so much better.

That's awesome diesel! I'm so glad you are feeling so much better emotionally. Yes I think it's taken its toll on us all. It sounds like your area is doing the right thing. Fining people and such. I mean they gotta do something. Ya know? If everyone would cooperate this thing could be under control so much faster.
It's getting nice here too in ohio. Hey I'm only right across lake erie from you lol. I think we have similar weather year round.
Right now we have a ground hog, ducks, dozens of different birds, skunks , deer and yes it's getting into the summer weather.oh can't forget my kitty that I feed. She will be on my porch most of the summer relaxing in my lounge chair like a queen. We put our chairs and decor back out on out back patio.
I took two trips to toronto a few years ago to train a buyer in a machine. It was lovely. I stayed in a place that was right on lake ontario in Mississauga. The place had persian rugs, a beautiful balcony that I'd have coffee on each morning watching the seagulls. I walked the strip and shopped. It was gorgeous!

Yes I did Diesel. I think other countries need to pull together to help them but you know it's thier own fault. They were not listening and doing the social distancing and such. Humungus gatherings etc...
But yeah they need help.

 Hi David, thank you for asking. I'm doing good. I have been busy getting ready for my surgery and working. As for the covid shot...no side effects. I've made some great friends at work. Very lovely people. Have had some bad stuff happen to but I'm trying to keep positive. My stray kitty is getting finiky. They built some new condos at the end of the street and I think they may be spoiling her with canned food. I'm.going to try to post a pic of her here. |

Actually David, I am glad others feed my stray. When I first moved here no one was and it was pitiful. The poor girl had bones sticking out. It does give me a break though with the others feeding her. I saw her tonight around 7 pm and gave her tuna and she ate it all. I may have to pick up a few canned foods for her. I was wondering also that she's getting old and I'm wondering if her teeth might be getting bad.

the same as Henry and I.
He does not provide affection never the less he does provide
me with the satisfaction that he appears to be nutritionally vibrant.
And that is my main aim, for as long that be possible!

Awe that is so sweet David. He knows you care though. He sounds like a wild cat and maybe why no affection. I think you have made great progress with this cat.
Mine I think she was domesticated and dropped off or left and people just fostered her throughout the neighborhood. She will give affection but I can't fi to my allergies. She will come up and try to rub against me and such but I have to back away. She doesn't understand but she does know that I love and care for her. She ate some dry food today and slept in my lounge chair on the porch.
