Well this lockdown has put me in a very precarious state of mind and physical well being. I have been sick to my stomach for the last 6 weeks. I lost 15 pounds. My husband who married me for better or worse could care less about me. The pain factor is almost unbearable coupled along with my almost daily migraines. This is getting to be too much. I am having such a difficult time with everything. It’s almost impossible to see a health care specialist. I am lying here in agony. I can’t take this anymore. Nasty thoughts are prevalent now and I am trying to turn this around but I think this is too big a job to tackle by myself. Hugs!

Hi Dee
from that you share it is obvious your mental anguish is palpable and for such an experience I am truly sorry, and equally saddened that it appears no back up from the professional, who treat same.
All I have to offer at this time is a breathing exercise that helps me when overwhelmed by a situation out of my control.
Breathe in to the count of three, hold your breathe for the count of four and exhale to the count of five and repeat until you feel more relaxed.
It works for me, I hope you get benefit from such a technique also!

PS., and remember this lock down is being experienced by millions of folk word wide, and therefore such an ordeal is not unique to you. Although it may seem so.
Also be mindful that this quarantine will soon be short lived, with the advent of the vaccine roll out!

Hi David. I am still really nauseated and a little dizzy and the other various stuff that goes along with being sick. I am getting tested for COVID just to err on the side of caution.
Thank you for asking David. You are so caring and I really needed to hear these kind words NOW!
I also had to talk to a public health nurse today and she was just oozing with care and compassion which made me feel like I mattered. God bless her!
David thank you for the breathing exercises. I now meditate or try to daily and the breathing really does help. It allows you to focus on one thing and not to have a scattered mind set!

Awe hi Deisel, I'm so sorry this pandemic is affecting you this way. I'm sure the husband doesn't make it any better. A negative toxic being can just bring a dark cloud over the house and then with being stuck in. When hubby was drinking it was very dark. If I remember right, was it you that likes to run and work out? If so that may get you out. A long walk a day will do wonders as well. Just mask up and take sanitizer with you just in case. I read your getting covid tested. Prayers that your negative . Please keep us updated.

Please keep us updated. Hi Chelle. Guess what? I am negative for COVID. I so relieved and happy. Now I can go out of my room. I was getting claustrophobic staying in this small room. Manifesting itself through panic attacks. It just seems I can’t catch a break at all. I can relate to your husband’s drinking Chelle. I was there 10 yrs ago. So happy I quit. I do go for long walks by myself. They do help with a bit of relief. I find my guitar is my best friend. The other night though I was having a panic attack and thought I would play. I couldn’t even sit still long enough to play because I was freaking right. So then I went for a nice brisk walk and came back and played. I ended up having to take a prescription sleeping pill. I finally got some rest even though I was medicated. Chelle be well and stay safe.

I did not realize you were locked down to your room. I'm really glad to hear your negative. I've been tested 3 times already. Whenever my asthma acts up doc makes me get a test and then I have to call off work until the results get back. No my husband is not drinking any longer but I was speaking about when he used to. Glad you are free now you can at least move about. Stay safe

Does anyone know what happened to Sue? Hi Diesel She popped in during December to say hello and give a nice update on her life. Think Chelle may be able to give a longer update as they are closer. Cheers Jonathan
