Its a bit messy Michelle... in that different areas of the country have different rules to contend with and what makes it even more confusing is that the rules keep changing. And yes, I definitely agree, that your country needs as change of President... that should go with out saying but I've said it anyway! Sorry to hear that your country too is having a bit of hot spots. Sue's country is doing great!! My gosh they have covid Marshalls and what a great idea. I think Australia is doing a wonderful job. My prayers are for the world to rid of this awful, awful virus that is crippling the economies and causing death. I thought I'd never see days like this but here we are.

Cheers Michelle for you always welcome feedback.
Yes, Australia appears to be on top of Covid and Hercules'
country New Zealand is doing very well in managing the virus.

Yes New Zealand is wonderful as well. Doing such a great job. It's so good to see some countries really care about thier people. My country is a bad example to other places I think. We have a lot of people that won't cooperate and it makes it hard for us that are cooperating. But then again look who is thier example lol. You know who..m

They all deserve a raise David! The front line workers are working so hard and risking thier and thier families lives. It is so sad how some citizen's will disregard thier sacrifices and not comply with social distancing, mask wearing and locking down when absolutely necessary. This article you posted made me almost cry. They deserve so much more. It's a crisis. If these people die from this where are we going to get people to take care of the sick? Praying for them and for the world. 🙏🙏❤️❤️

At the moment my state has 2800 cases in 24 hours time. We are only one of 50 states in the country. I've been running from covid since this all started. Trying to be oh so ever careful. Masks, gloves, sanitizing, and staying in when all possible. I've been tested 3 times already. Thankfully negative. Anytime my allergies or asthma acts up they make me get tested. I also miss work until the results come back. It's certainly a new way of having to live and that is for sure.

Thank You Michelle for your follow up...
Yes all front line workers deserve an increase in pay...
for as you quite rightly point out they are risking their lives in order to save ours.
I also acknowledge hat you share about the undeniable facts regarding your home State... and of course the many others , with a similar predicament, largely due to Trump's highly reckless behaviour not to mention belligerence.
Sad news indeed!

Over here in the UK...
Expectations are mounting of a month-long second national lockdown, following the publication of chilling scientific papers predicting that coronavirus deaths this winter could outstrip the 85,000 envisaged in the government’s worst case scenario.

coronavirus.jhu.edu/map.htmlI just saw this on our news today. It's all so horrible this virus. Will we ever see an end? Even when we are not locked down over here David, I keep myself locked down and do does hubby. I have only gone out for fun once since the pandemic and that was with my grandson's to an apple farm. We were careful but we all came down sick. No covid though. I think it was from the season change, leaves falling with mold allergies and walking through apple feilds We were all tested but all came out good. I won't be doing anything like that again. That was a scare and wake up call. Prayers for the world 🙏🙏🙏

Yes I fervently agree it is horrible and as you also point out Michelle, when will it ever end.
I think personally think it will go on for sometime, however, I believe by next year a safe vaccine will become available. Saying what I have, there is a possibility that like the influenza vaccine, it might have to be administered in yearly shots.
That shouldn't have to be a hardship, if it is available to keep us alive, as opposed to dying prematurely, unlike old age, which gets us all in the end! lol

I agree David that yes it will take a vaccine. I just wish people over here would follow what Doctors and scientist's are telling us as in masks and social distancing at least to keep numbers down until the vaccine comes through. I need cloths and too afraid to even go shopping. I can't order online because that never works out right as in the way things fit. Need to try stuff on or see it in person.

In thirty minutes time here in England... we will be in full lockdown again.
I personally go along with such a decision!
