Oh, and thank you for administrating this place over from our previous administrator, Herc, who did so thanklessly for many years.
I'll take this chance and space to let you know more about what I've just been doing. I listened to about 2 hrs of a 3 hour podcast of Kanye West.
And my present thought is wondering what I would be thinking if I was unmedicated.
Who knows :/ Have you watched or listened to this podcast, David? I am interested in your or anyone else's opinion, should you or they care to share it.

Hi Medicated. It's been too long. I have tried going without meds and I am not putting myself through this misery. I can't and will NOT deal with these nightmare panic attacks and anxiety. Just not happening. Medicated for life. Oh well, it works and that's all I care about!

How many of you out there have deliberately stopped your meds? I tried and there is NO way that I can stop taking them. I went away before and went the weekend without. It turned into a living nightmare. Come late Sunday night I was really messed up. It’s either fight or flight. I am not fighting them unless I can help it. When I take a Valium for it I am fine within 30 minutes. Thank god for drugs. If I didn’t have them I wouldn’t be here today. I know that for a fact.

I agree Dee that we should not abruptly
stop taking meds that we are prescribed
by a qualified MD.
If they are not working or equally important
have serious side effects, we should at least
inform the prescriber, for their medical advice
before hand, not only out of respect but also
the possible dangers of letting go of same,
without tapering down in a safe way!

Much obliged for same Medicated... I've always maintain compassion towards another,
pays off over time in terms of gratitude, leading to fulfilment in one form or an other,
resulting in reciprocal satisfaction !

PS., However, I hasten to add, the more that post
the more stimulation it provides to other members
when it comes to feedback.
Worth taking on board, from a point of view ,of
providing a life line, to others here who do not
necessary have the same writing skills that you
have at your disposal..
when it comes to communicating with all who come
here, from a therapeutic stance... I hasten to add, not
so much current registered members, more those who
come in to observe in the guest category, of attendance
of which appears to be many, if daily statistics are anything to go by.

It would be nice to hear from you, when you feel it right
to respond, for you are an integral part of what we have here.
whether you think so or not.
The fact being, we all descended here from our last, (now redundant community),
which makes us special, in the calling from Hercules four years or so ago
to continue being a team, of like minded individuals.
Therefore under such circumstances, your presence would be very much appreciated!
