Get proper sleep, and exercise and share my time with friends and family. Fresh attitude with reinvention of myself with meditation and reflection. I started this a while back and it makes a difference. I had to put it on a board on my froedge ao as not to forget but it helps. Every day I see : 64 oz h2o meditation exercise x4 and mindful ness. It’s not a guarantee but it helps. |

I've heard of the fire/climate change problem down there. California has the same situation...the monsoons are too late. Ten years from now, New Orleans will under two meters of sea water. Nobody's moving...impending panic.
Life's OK up here....very mild winter so far. I'll be in touch.

so they dont call
if im wrong im wrong
dems or trump wrecked our lives? -yet we have 15 % more?im sick of everything

Chinese people like to talk about international politics and domestic politics but me. You know, I am on medications and I have to find inner peace and some funny thing to relax my self. I have lost interest in international politics which have nothing to do with me.
