Thank you Michelle, (as ever), for your personal concern about me.

Rest assured I am in reasonably good health and equally in good spirits!

My reason for not posting here any longer , is that my self-worth dictates

that I refrain from doing so, and nothing to do with any personal health

concerns I may have.

Having made something like 14000 contributions in my presence here, I

feel I have done my bit , and now in my seventy seventh

year, have decided to retire from a forum which is in much need of

rejuvenation, if it is to succeed in the future.

I sincerely trust that will happen so that the future becomes bright again

For the few that remain here so that you grow much bigger, not just in

number but ideas also, combatting the lethargy that has persisted for far

to long; which in turn has almost decimated this self help fellowship.

The good news, it is not to late, if you act as team are determined to makes it happen.


If not it can’t be helped and it will fail just as My Therapy did.... and that would be a shame

for us all to bear.. past and present members a like... who like you and I tried to make a difference,

but did not quite succeed in our aim, as a result of apathy from others in or midst!

Although, I have now officially left what we had together here Michelle, I do believe have other

means of contacting me, if the need arise.
