Hi Diesel! Good to see you here too! Yeah, the latter half of last year was a hard challenge,
but I am surviving. Now if I can just work out the issues my other leg is having (overuse &
super sensitive skin), then I will be good.
You have also had a rough go of it, Diesel. I hope things are getting better for you.  Hi Flame. This COVID 3rd Lockdown has been extended from a month to 6 weeks now. I am at home. It was driving me just crazy with depression but I found a cure that makes me feel so good. I started meditating daily and doing a Pilates online class 4 x a week. I feel so much better mentally. The endorphin release is a god send. It totally changes my mental outlook from negative to so excellent that I am happy. It’s such a change from being so depressed all the time. I can’t even begin to imagine what you have gone through!! You have the right attitude though. Stay strong! I come here more frequently now. It’s so nice to reconnect with those whom I feel at home with. |

It is migraine season with all this wet rainy weather we are having up my way.
I am just chilling out in bed listening to the rain hit the glass window panes. That in itself is so relaxing. Just waiting for my medication to kick in and take this nasty headache away!
Does anyone else here get migraines?

No migraines here but I have mold allergies so the rain kind of gets me in that way.
I hear migraines are horrible. So sorry you have to deal with those. Hope you feel better soon.

I am getting Botox therapy for my migraines. Thank god for work Ben benefits. It takes some ppl a year for it to fully take effect. It definitely is helping. I am still having about 10 a month but it certainly beats 20 -25 a month. Thx for your kind words Chelle. You are one of the most thoughtful people that I know. Thank you. You are really a beautiful person. You always put others before yourself❤️ |

Hey Walter glad to see you back. How are things? How are you doing? This pandemic has hit me hard this time. The other two times not as bad as this one. I got my meds increased now. Hopefully they take away this nasty depressed mood I am constantly in. I am grateful for a roof over my head, bills paid for and food in my stomach. I know a lot of ppl that aren’t in the same position and they are struggling to stay afloat.
Is this pandemic affecting you? And your family.
So nice to touch base with you Walter. You are a kind and gentle soul. I am so grateful to have met you.
