Never needed crutches Have you ever told a lie at work that was "required" by the circumstance Yes, I have told a lie at work that was " required by the circumstance. As a nurse, we weren't supposed to tell our pts. results of their labs, x-rays, scans, etc..., and I had to lie on occasion if someone was being particularly pushy and say something like "I'm sorry, the results aren't available".
I also remember a patient we had, who was young and sweet, and I think the doctor became too involved and wanted her too survive her cancer so badly, that he kept pushing her and her family into more treatments and chemotherapies. She kept wasting away, and her cancer kept getting worse. We nurses, had to follow his lead, and couldn't tell them that she wasn't getting better and wasn't going to get better. I always felt bad knowing that by not telling them, we lied to them. The doctor was Head of the Department, so to go against him would have been job suicide.
Have you ever taken something off a co-workers desk and never returned it?

She was obsesesed with sexually educating me, so I think she let me see her naked once when I was about 5 or 6. I found it scarring. Have you ever played spin the bottle or strip poker?

Sorry if question inappropriate Let’s try a different one Have you ever had a telling off from an authority figure not a teacher and not a parent ? Sorry to be so long Hercules... just kept getting called away, or falling asleep sitting upright, and then just plain forgetting. Your previous question was not inappropriate, so I will answer it. While I have never played strip poker, I have played strip pool. In high school, I attended a church youth group event at a friend’s house (a guy who I had a crush on), and a bunch of us went to his “game” room. Several of us started to play strip pool. Although we didn’t get naked, just know that I didn’t lose. Regarding your present question, I know I have had several patients and a few of their family members go off on me. And lately, my sister has gone off on me when we get to talking about trump. She is not exactly for him, but also not against him. She defends him vehemently, all the good he has done for our country that most people do not know because the media is unfair to him. Gag me. But the real reason she would not vote for Biden, was because he told trump to shut up. She says this was disrespectful of the office of the president. I told her that trump is disrespectful of the office of the president even more so. So, have you ever won something good?

I treasure you as an online friend, I find that our personalities mesh very well together and had we not been born on opposite sides of the world that we could have been real life friends. I like that you are quirky, funny, spunky, and a christian too if I recall correctly. Thanks for being my buddy these last ten years. Think you are smashing. "Have I ever won something good?" No I am not lucky in contests. Have you ever deliberately run a red light?

Although I don’t remember ever deliberately running a red light, I don’t that I ever have. It is not in my nature to do so, and if I did, it is likely that I would feel bad about it and then it would continue to nag at my conscience, in which case it would be etched in my memory.
Have you ever driven over 110 miles per hour. In the US that would be way over the limit. So for you, pick a number way higher that the speed limit.

Hercules, so lovely of you to say such sweet things! But, I feel the same about you. We arrived at My Therapy within months of each other, and I’ve always felt a kinship with you because of that. But, you are right about us often being like minded about so many things, especially our faith, and yes, we both have a great sense of humor. What I like about you, my friend, is that you are always pushing yourself to break out of old patterns, and to venture out of your comfort zone. You are quite daring, and I am often inspired by you. You are very tactful, conscientious, and funny. Yes, I think we would have been good offline friends, had we lived much closer together. But I will settle for having a really good online friend like you!

Means a lot. 110mph is about 170kmh so definitely not that fast, highest is 140kms and got a ticket as limit is 100kms in Canada (and NZ) Have you ever gotten paint on a good piece of clothing while painting?

Yes, Hercules, I have gotten paint on my favorite ( favorite for the last 6-8 years) top. It’s red with white flowers, and is a V-neck. I thought I was using a removable paint...but I had switched to a more permanent paint. Just one spot, but it is almost dead center in the front. I still wear it, though mostly in the apartment.
Have you ever had an epiphany?

The only thing possibly related to this is an incident when I was a little kid. Once when I went to the store with my dad, I stole a dime out of the March of Dimes placard display. My conscience got the better of me, and I told my mom what I did. The next day we went back to the store to return the dime. That’s the part I remember, but I’m sure there were other repercussions. Have you ever sold something belonging to someone else? And kept the money for yourself? Yes As a volunteer job I sold donated odds and ends for a charity on eBay I gave out the charity’s back account for payment One day someone gave me 20 cash roughly And I kept the money My reason was that I had spent about $25 on mailing costs out of my own money for various sales for them I felt bad later and anonymously donated $100 to their web site Still feel guilty about it This has bothered me for 6 years. This week happened upon some historic emails. I did actually inform the charity in an email at that time of the details quite honestly. Said "just to notate some accounting I kept a $20 cash payment for an item as had spent $27 of my own money on shipping costs earlier in the week". They didn't respond so can't have been concerned. Yay one less thing to feel guilty about. There was some other email about me potentially deducting some other money but don't think that came to pass.

Have you ever broken an expensive plate or vase?

I hope to get to your blog soon, Hercules, just not feeling so great this evening. I got a preventative flu shot and a preventative pneumonia shot today at the doctor. My joints are hurting tonight.
When I was a young teenager, I was enlisted by mom to wash the dishes for a dinner party she was having. I did hit one of her favorite china plates and there was a huge chip/break in it. It was totally an accident, but I felt horrible.
Have you ever sued someone, and/or been sued?

Alright Hercules, my turn to have presented an inappropriate question. I guess I asked because although I am not a person who would normally sue, I am still so frustrated and angry with the social worker at the rehab I was in. It was her job to prepare me for discharge with everything I would need: Home Health, home PT, wound care care, wheelchair, hospital bed, slide boards, etc... and she didn’t. And because of that, my wound care was compromised and may result in a higher risk for developing a abscess, plus an extended healing time. In my case, I am at least, a bit savvy of knowing what is available and what she should have done, but I worry for others who aren’t aware of what is available to them and aren’t aware of what she should be doing for them. May God help them . So, I was just checking the temperature of the water.
OK, so Have You Ever participated in a play or musical?
