Yes, I too am pleased about that Hercules.
It nearly four years since, (at the eleventh hour)
at the closure of our last abode, you provided
a life line in keeping us together.
Sadly, we have had a period of mixed fortunes
ever since, participation wise... the good news
is we are still here.
So a big thank you for that!

We, Hercules as I suspected are having a slow start
after the hiatus but then we weren't in a much better
position before the suspension.
Still I am pleased we have reopened. For lets face it...
you brought about this community, as a result of our
previous community closing down.
So let us see how it goes, two or three members
engaging is better than none.

PS., The added advantage is, you don't need to be around at all times;
now that you have appointed me as your assistant, when it comes to
moderating on your behalf.
Because of same, we are on course to attain our fourth anniversary
on November, 11.
What happens after that remains to be seen.. when it comes to viability
participation wise.

It was a great suggestion. All is good. Sometimes I misread tone, the written language is not my preferred medium btw, spoken word is. In writing I can be abrupt, I felt my 'can you locate walter' question was sudden and abrupt. But in keeping with my klunky and inconsistent writing style. Verbally in spoken word am more gracious, patient etc as my ear edits my words. My eyes however arent good at governing my written words. I hadn't thought of your suggestion and had to investigate the admin options. I don't actually get to see his email. Instead the admin consol lets me email a user name of my choice. I click on the user name. On a personal note. Thrilled you are helping look after the site. It is a big load off my mind having another pair of eyes checking in to make sure all is well. By the way if you see any spammers. Act fully as you need to including banning them if you see fit. Cheers |

Hercules I see no problem with you notifying everyone that you reopened under david by email.
I think most would appreciate because it is not like your spamming as it is about the forum.
I know charne would love to know. She mentioned for me to keep in touch after the closing but I don't think she realize I have no way to do that.
I think Walter would appreciate as he really liked it here. Fluerette, I know is going through hardship but I believe she might pop back in whenever she is ready if she knows it is up and running. Diesel was just coming back when all of this occured. She would most likely appreciate to know. There are probably very few and actually can only really think of one that would object.
